Welcome to TrueHomeSa. By accessing or purchasing from our store, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General These Terms of Service govern your use of TrueHomeSa and the purchase of products through our store. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our store constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Eligibility By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, and are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in accordance with South African law.

3. Products and Pricing All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. TrueHomeSa reserves the right to amend pricing at any time. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you before processing your order and you will have the option to confirm or cancel.

4. Orders and Payment By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected product(s). TrueHomeSa reserves the right to accept or decline any order. Payment must be made in full before an order is processed and dispatched.

5. Delivery Orders are delivered via Aramex Store to Door within 8–12 business days from order confirmation. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.

6. Returns and Refunds Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy and the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA). Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for full details.

7. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, TrueHomeSa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

8. Privacy Your personal information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).

9. Intellectual Property All content on the TrueHomeSa store, including images, text, and branding, is the property of TrueHomeSa and may not be reproduced or used without prior written consent.

10. Governing Law These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
