All products listed on truehomesa.co.za are priced in South African Rand (ZAR). Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities and refuse service at our discretion. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly from the actual product received.

3. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. Payment must be received in full before your order is processed and dispatched. We accept Visa, Mastercard, EFT, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely.

4. Delivery

We deliver to all 9 provinces across South Africa. Estimated delivery time is 8 to 11 business days from the date of payment confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control including public holidays, courier delays, or remote area access. A tracking number will be provided via email once your order is dispatched.

5. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all products. If your product arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please email truehomesa@gmail.com within 30 days of receipt with your order number and photographic evidence. All content on truehomesa.co.za including logos, product descriptions, images, and branding is the intellectual property of trueHOMESA. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

trueHOMESA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question. We do not accept liability for delays caused by courier services, customs, or events beyond our control.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts. These terms comply with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA).
