Return and Refund Policy
At TrueHomeSa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy is in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA) of South Africa.
Your Right to Return In terms of the CPA, you have the right to return goods within 10 business days of delivery if the product is:
- Defective or not in working order
- Not reasonably suitable for the purpose it was intended
- Does not conform to the description or sample provided at the time of purchase

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos where applicable. We will respond within 1–2 business days to guide you through the process.
Condition of Returned Goods Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. TrueHomeSa reserves the right to refuse a return if the product has been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
Refunds Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned unless defective:
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Customised or personalised products
Cooling-Off Period (Direct Marketing) If you purchased as a result of direct marketing, you have the right to cancel the purchase and return the goods within 5 business days of delivery, in accordance with Section 16 of the CPA, at no penalty.
