At TrueHomeSa we want you to be happy with your order. If you're not, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
Changed your mind?
Return the item unused and in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer.
Faulty, damaged, wrong item or not as described?
Contact us with your order number and a photo or video of the problem. We will send you a replacement or give you a full refund, and we cover the cost of returning the item. This is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA), including the six-month warranty on defective goods.

Refunds
Once your return is approved, we process your refund within 3–5 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
Items we can't accept back unless faulty
- Items that have been used, or damaged after delivery
- Opened consumables such as vacuum bags, filters and pads
