Shipping policy

At TrueHomeSa, we are committed to delivering your order safely and timeously. All orders are shipped via Aramex Store to Door, a reliable door-to-door courier service available across South Africa.

Delivery Timeframes Please allow 8–12 business days from the date of order confirmation for your delivery to arrive. Business days exclude weekends and South African public holidays.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email, which you can use to monitor your delivery through the Aramex tracking portal.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is made.

Delays While we strive to meet all delivery timeframes, TrueHomeSa cannot be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to courier delays, adverse weather conditions, or public holidays. In the event of a significant delay, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Delivery Address Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of placing your order. TrueHomeSa cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
